As a Board Member of the Lancaster Society of Human Resources (SHRM) chapter, she continues to influence in shaping the future of talent practices. Growing up in Switzerland, Rachel brings a multicultural perspective, understanding the nuances that shape client organizations. She is fluent in English and French and conversational in Spanish.

In her free time, Rachel's a kitchen chemist, always experimenting with new tastes. She also makes it a point to visit her family in Switzerland each year and takes full advantage of the Alps to go snowboarding while in town.
